the conclusion

ok. guess that quote by some odacian explains it all. our last odac trip officially as rj odacians.but i dun feel any like sad feelings, probably cuz i'm not as close and attached to the odacians as i once was.

anyway, this trip doesn't exactly feel very special to me. My australia trip is still my best trip and will probably remain so for a long long time. but this is just that it doesn't feel odac at all. this trip is like so tour lah. no need for our own equipment(means no storewash), no need for tents, no need to worry abt food. everything will be settled by the tour agency. we'll slp in houses and meals will be provided. odac? doesn't exactly sound like it to me. but it might still be more adventurous than the 5 trips i've gone overseas on since sec 1.

ok so, i've been on like 5 trips overseas since i was in sec 1.

sec 1: beijing family trip
sec 3: maths trip to beijing. probably the cheapest and most value for money trip lah. everything was subsidised by the high sch there in china. we only had to pay air ticket. then there they gav us a card which had value enuff to buy everything in their sch lah. like mastercard like that. can make advertisement for their sch lor.

woot. we raided their bookshop of mentos and other rubbish. ask wing chung. haha. he was on the trip too.

sec 4: sci club/lib trip to ipoh, malaysia. went caving and other random stuff which i can't really rmb alrdy. went lanning there as well. lol.

j1: march adventure camp (MAC): this trip was to belumut, malaysia. our first odac expedition. basically did mountain climbing.
End-of-year expedition (EOY): wooh the best trip i ever had. rocks man. canoeing, rock-climbing, bushwalking. and birds and kangaroos all over the place.

and now, this trip is supposed to bring me to perak where we wld be doing white-water rafting and caving yet again. so i'm kinda sian. still, it's the last of our expeditions, considering what i missed last year, i dun want to miss this le, else i'll have gone for less than 50% of all odac expeditions.

what i missed:
June expedition(JEX): odac went terengganu, malaysia. according to those who went, this trip was damn hiong and killer. the mere mention of the south china sea was said to send shivers down those who went. apparently they kayaked across the south china sea against some imba currents. lol
Mayday Expedition: this was was held during national day, so odac celebrated national day in malaysia, mount ophir. they left after our lousy national day clebration. probably similar to our first trip to belumut, so i dun feel that sian.

so if i had missed this last exped, i wld hav missed 3 out of 5, which looks damn shit. but doesn't matter now, i'm going! hope it's fun. so sorry to cheney, dragor and treesha, i hav to miss ur concert. but anyway, gd luck for it! hav fun singing!
