Empire of Kayasur
An ancient, rotting, and gloriously corrupted Empire of enormous proportions and population, it holds on to strict traditions and customs. Dominating the center of the 6Nations, the rich culture of the Kayasur Empire is evidently displayed within its luxuriant palaces. It also boasts myriad range of diverse, differing walks of life, amply evident from its rampant crime and the squalid state of its slums. The extreme poverty of most citizens leave them too busy working for, or stealing food, that they have no time to plan revolutions, though rumours abound of a secret revolution. It appears that Kayasur is ruled by Empress Brisa d’Kanen, who holds the Mandate of Heaven, with the operative word not being ‘Empress’, or ‘is’, but ‘appears’. The Mafia holds a tight stranglehold over most of the slums, and the Empress, being a young girl, is whispered to be but a puppet of the Council.
