Lykiros
Though not exactly large enough to be classified a proper nation, the small fishing community Lykiros nevertheless did not allow others to leave it out of the fun. It declared independence (just in case there was a government that was even remotely interested in it, and claimed it as a vassal), and declared war on other nations. However, the other nations mostly ignored the three or four fisherman coming to their walls every Friday, brandishing forks and shouting warcries. In their view, it was good for business. After all, what was war without some discreet trading or blackmarketing of goods? As long as their people got to eat fish every Friday, they were happy. Lykiros is ruled by Chief Watsitagin, and his Village Council.
